As a part of our service we can now provide a range of mortgages and re-mortgages. In some instances a re-mortgage at a low interest rate can be the best option for clients, allowing them to use the equity in their property to re-pay their creditors.

Through our in-house mortgage brokers we are able to source mortgage finance from leading high street names and mortgage specialists.

We give free, impartial advice and do not charge broker fees to the client. We specialise in sourcing mortgages for those who have an adverse credit history including clients with county court judgments and those who have previously been made bankrupt. We will always try to find the most competitive rates and packages.

Mortgages are also available for clients wishing to move house but finding it difficult to obtain a loan because they have had credit problems in the past or are currently in an arrangement with their creditors.

Our mortgage brokering service also encompasses loans for first-time buyers, those seeking a mortgage for a "right-to-buy" council property, self-builders and the self-employed.
